At Royal Sun Energy, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns may be considered for our products and services.

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or excess payment made by the customer
  • Cancellation of service before work commencement
  • Manufacturing defect in supplied equipment (if applicable)

Non-Refundable Items / Services
The following are non-refundable:

  • Services already executed or completed
  • Installation charges after site work has started
  • Custom-designed or made-to-order systems
  • Government fees, approvals, or third-party charges

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email/WhatsApp).
  • If cancelled before execution, eligible refund will be processed after deductions.
  • If cancelled after execution, no refund will be applicable.

Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
